1. Course Purchases

  • Once a course or bundle is purchased, access is granted immediately.
  • Because of the digital nature of our content, we generally do not provide refunds after purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive access to the course after payment.
  • A valid request is raised within 7 days of purchase.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, lack of time, or course not meeting personal expectations.


3. Cancellation of Subscription (if applicable)

  • For subscription-based services, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
